• Account information: Email, nickname, authentication provider (Kakao/Google/Apple)
• Chat conversations: Messages exchanged with the AI coach
• Self-understanding test results: Attachment style, personality traits, love language, conflict resolution style, relationship satisfaction, emotional expression style
• Uploaded images: Screenshots shared for conversation analysis

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalized AI coaching based on your psychological profile
• Maintain conversation history for continuity across sessions
• Improve AI response quality
• Generate anonymized aggregate statistics (no personal data shared)

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Conversations are stored on secure cloud servers
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• AI model providers (Google Gemini) process messages in real-time but do not store them

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained until account deletion
• Chat history: Retained until user deletes or account closure
• Test results: Retained until user resets or account closure

5. Your Rights

• Access: View all your stored data through the app
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Export: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time

6. AI Counseling Disclaimer

Bondi provides AI-based relationship and emotional coaching. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

7. Children's Privacy

Bondi is not intended for users under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.
