1. Subscription Refunds

Bondi offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email edithtech@edithtech.co.kr with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. App Store Purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies.
