Bondi is an AI-powered relationship and emotional wellness coaching service. It provides personalized guidance based on user profiles and conversation history.

2. Not Medical Advice

Important: Bondi is a coaching tool, not a medical or psychological treatment service. Our AI coach does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace licensed therapists. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be 14 years or older to use Bondi
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Shared screenshots must not contain others' personal information without consent

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free tier: Limited daily messages
• Paid tiers: Monthly subscription, cancel anytime
• Refunds are handled per app store policies (Apple/Google)

5. Intellectual Property

Bondi's AI responses are generated content. You retain rights to your messages. We retain rights to the AI system, app design, and test frameworks.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bondi is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI coaching advice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
